Guava thai red flesh is sweet, bigger and subtly fragrant it has numerous small, hard, sand-colored seeds that can be eaten – at least they don’t seem to pose any problems when swallowed. Red Guava has more water content, less Sugar (Less Brix), less starch content and Vitamin C and less seed or even seedless.
